酒庄：彼得利蒙（ Peter Lehmann Wines）. 布罗萨山谷（Barossa Valley）

彼得利蒙酒庄的事业建立在一个人的诺言之上。在看到当地的酒庄放弃酿酒的职责而成为葡萄种植者时，PETER很快建立自己的酿酒公司，收购这些种植者的葡萄，也在当时经济萧条环境下拯救了一代的布罗萨山谷葡萄种植者。对PETER和他的合伙人来说这是巨大的冒险，但是他们获得了好的回报。

一批布罗萨山谷最好的葡萄种植者很自豪地为这个多年以前帮助过他们的人不断地提供高品质的葡萄原料，而彼得利蒙对种植者的忠心是酒庄成功的基石，一直保持到今天。

酿酒师： Andrew Wigan

当彼得利蒙酒庄在1979年建立时，Andrew被任命为首席酿酒师，带领整个酿酒团队。

在经历了三十个葡萄酒年份后，他还在该酒庄，先后两次在伦敦国际葡萄酒烈酒大赛中被评为年度酿酒师，并被授予澳大利亚最著名的Jimmy Watson奖章。

最近Andrew又被澳大利亚Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine杂志评为年度最佳酿酒师，不仅是对他对利蒙品牌付出的认可，也是对他为该产区所作贡献的赞誉。

THE WINEMAKER: Andrew Wigan

Andrew Wigan’s winemaking career began at the urging of one Australian wine legend, has thrived since at the hand of another, and is now fast-approaching a point where he can be considered one in hoist own right! When Peter Lehmann Wines was established in 1979, Andrew was appointed to head up the winemaking team. He is still there 30 vintages later, with an impressive record that includes twice being awarded ‘International Winemaker of the Year’ at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in London, as well as being the recipient of Australia’s most famous award, the Jimmy Watson Trophy. Most recently, Andrew was named Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine’s Winemaker of the Year, an award that was universally acclaimed to be richly deserved, and one that recognized not only his contribution to the Lehmann label, but also to his region.

Peter Lehmann Wines is a business built on the strength of one man’s word. Appalled at a decision by a local winery to walk away from existing obligations to local grape growers, Peter promptly established his own company to make wine from their fruit, and saved an entire generation of Barossa Valley’s growers from financial ruin .It was a huge gamble for Peter and those who joined him, but it is one that has paid off handsomely. The loyalty shown to those growers was the foundation stone of the business and it remains so today, with a network of the Barossa Valley’s best growers proudly supplying their top fruit to the man who stood by them all those years ago.
