醉蟹配清酒
宁波，舟山等地的醉蟹，想起来会流口水。
到鱼码头买几只刚出水的活蓝蟹，洗净后，用烧酒，姜葱，胡椒，酱油腌制半天或一天，也是十分的鲜美。
冰镇清酒更能勾现醉蟹的甜美。效果比啤酒，白酒好。比黄酒也好。
