醉蟹配清酒
宁波,舟山等地的醉蟹,想起来会流口水。
到鱼码头买几只刚出水的活蓝蟹,洗净后,用烧酒,姜葱,胡椒,酱油腌制半天或一天,也是十分的鲜美。
冰镇清酒更能勾现醉蟹的甜美。效果比啤酒,白酒好。比黄酒也好。
