最近喝了几款来自不同国家的气泡酒，忽然发现意大利的Prosecco 和西班牙Cava 呈现出的汽泡有很大不同，前者气泡是成批上浮，后者是单珠串联着上浮，这是为什么？ 和年造工艺有关吗/
