咖喱配酒(以下是原来做活动的成功搭配,暂不翻译,见谅中):

 

fish cake

prawn & fresh vegetable spring rolls

deep-fried vegetable spring rolls

served w/ carrot & peanut sauce

crispy flower cup

stuffed w/ carrot, corn, bean, potato and chicken

以上的这些是开胃菜,适合搭配 Omnium Chardonnay 或者Omnium Semillion Dulce

 

Green chicken curry or Beef yellow curry

stir-fried morning glory

stir-fried crispy fish in sweet & sour sauce

w/ pineapple, pepper & Thai herbs

stir-fried Thai noodle w/ prawns, tofu, egg & bean sprouts

Thai jasmine rice

这些是主菜,汤和色拉我没有写出来,配主菜的话鸡肉我选择配Saurus Pinot Noir 来自阿根廷内乌肯州的。 关于牛肉,我搭配Edgebaston The Pepper Pot(Syrah, Tannat and Mourvedre)。这款是来组南非斯泰轮博斯地区的。
