最近这段时间喝了不少的Echezeaux以及Grands Echezeaux。比如Gros Freret et Seour Echezeaux 08, Nicolas Potel Echezeaux 05, JM Millot Grands Echezeaux 08, Mongeard Mugneret Grands Echezeaux 06, Sirugue Grands Echezeaux 02.都莫不如此给我影响如此的深刻。
3hrs half volume breathing in the bottlee,and then pour into the cup, comparing to the first round , the wine show very pure,dense,concentrated with a lot materials like floral typcial vosne romanee spicy or mint nose,mineral and a bit earth then fresh acid in the core , fragrant !!! the wine is very very round, elegant,soft but very pure fruit, grip.comfortable acid , Long Long finish. Fine Plus+ 18/20
