    Blend: 63% Zinfandel, 17% Petite Sirah, 7% Sangiovese, 3% Carignane, 3% Negroamaro, 3%
    Barbera, 2% Nebbiolo, 2% Syrah
    Cases Produced: 8,463

    Total Acidity: 0.70
    pH: 3.57
    Residual Sugar: 0.4% (dry)

    Food Pairing: 熏鱼，红烧肉，烤鸭


    Winemaker Notes:

    A blend of many old world varietals: Zinfandel, Barbera, Carignane,
    Petite Sirah, Sangiovese, Syrah, Negroamaro and Nebbiolo; that were grown on the hillsides
    of the Ukiah Valley. This wine has a dark purple-garnet color, with fruity aromas and flavors
    of plums, blackberry jam, spice and earth with hints of toasty oak. Rich full flavors, ample
    tannins and balanced acidity seamlessly carry through to a long, complex finish.
    Winemaking: The grapes were hand-harvested at an average of 26.0 degrees brix in the
    months of September and October, 2007. After crushing the grapes into small open-top
    stainless steel tanks, the must was cold soaked for 4 days and pumped over and punched
    down twice daily for 2 weeks during fermentation, before being pressed off into French,
    Eastern European and American oak barrels. After aging in barrels for 36 months, the wine
    was egg white fined, rough filtered and bottled on June 1st, 2010.

    二. 货物送配

    1. 上海地区会员内环线内免费送货上门


    2. 上海地区会员指定地铁站取货（内环以内地铁站）
    会员可以指定在内环以内的地铁站取货，工作人员先和你确定取货时间和货物数量、金额，然后会在指定时间和指定地铁站出口等待会员。美食记不收取会员物流费用。目前美食记只在周六、周日或者节假日送货。


    3. 会员上门取货
    自提地址：高安路近淮海中路(1号线衡山路站，10号线图书馆站）。工作人员会确认具体取货时间和地点。


    4. 内环以外地区送货上门
    根据距离的远近和货物的数量，收取一定的费用，工作人员会和会员确认物流费用和送货时间等。
