Craggy Range Le Sol Gimblett Gravels Syrah 2010
墨水般的深黑紫色，强烈的紫罗兰、甘草、黑莓、肉干、雪松和黑胡椒的芳香。优雅的口感，浓郁饱满，回味悠长。满嘴的甘草、黑李子，紧跟着肉味的雪松和胡椒的辛辣。单宁天鹅绒般丝滑，回味带有很长的甘草、梅子、糖果和肉干、胡椒的味道。
Magnificent inky black purple colour with deep dark purple hue. Perfumed scents of violets, liquorice, blackberry, dried meat, cedar and blackpepper. The palate is quite elegant especially when compared to most South Australian Shiraz yet it possesses excellent richness and length. Mouthfilling flavours of liquorice, dark plum and confectionary followed by some meaty cedar and peppery spice like characters on the back palate. Velvet smooth tannins, although slightly dryish. Very long liquorice, plum, confectionary, dried meat and pepper aftertaste. Cellar 5-8 years. Alc 13.5%

I have always been utterly seduced by this beautifully composed and harmonious wine, with its gleaming blackberry and licorice, fantastic texture and structure, and faultless line and length.
