    Quinta do Cardo Touriga Nacional Reserva Red Wine 2010
    凯都珍藏干红葡萄酒2010

    2010年份Touriga Nacional在法桶（50%新桶）中陈放20个月。很好的酸度降低了橡木桶的过份影响，典型产区典型品种的风格，优雅，有结构，非常集中。2010年份和以往年份风格一致，酸度略高，新鲜甜美。这款酒是Touriga Nacional这个品种的完美诠释，香气和口感的享受，颇具陈年潜力的一款酒，12-15年没有问题。


    The 2010 TOURIGA NACIONAL RESERVA (QUINTA DO CARDO) was aged for 20 months in French oak (50% new). Despite the oak treatment, this mostly shows crisp thanks to its acidity which cuts the oak fairly easily and makes the oak largely irrelevant. Typical of its region, this is elegant, well structured and quite focused. It is a fine follow up to the 2009, although not everyone will love the moderately high acidity as opposed to sweet fleshiness. What it lacks in flesh, though, it makes up for in aromatics. It is quite a lovely expression of young Touriga Nacional, a pleasure to both taste and smell, nicely crafted and built to develop in the cellar. Even though I’m conservative in drinking windows—preferring to see how things turn out when we get there—it should hold fine for some 12-15 years from vintage date without problem. As it aired out, it showed some notable structure, a bit of astringency and a deliciously juicy finish. For best results, give this a couple of more years in the cellar before popping it. There is more here than seems apparent. Drink 2014-2024.
