    This is consistently one of the very best villages wines from Chablis plus it ages superbly well rich, intense and detailed flavors that possess excellent mid-palate concentration that imparts a real sense of volume and completely buffers the firm acid spine on the balanced, persistent and long finish.

     

    One to buy by the case at this level - Burghound 89 points/Broad, creamy nose for a Chablis. Apples, limes - fresh and fine on the palate, with leesy texture. Light but definite. Drink 2011-2013

          

       
    ORIGIN & EXPOSURE : Village of Préhy - South exposure         


    TERROIR/ SOIL : 
    Kimmeridgian : Alternate layers of limestone and marls containing fossilized marine bodies which give Chablis its fresh minerality."   

           
    VINES AGES : 30 years          


    PLANTING DENSITY : 5700 vines per hectare      

        
    PRUNING : Guyot double    

          
    YIELD : 55 hL per hectare.      

        
    WINEMAKING : Pneumatic press. Natural yeast. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation and is in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 9 months. Malolactic fermentation completed.
              

    87-90 points Allen Meadows - Burghound 
      This is a bit riper with aromas of yellow orchard fruit, white flowers and a hint of sea breeze. There is good vibrancy to the rich, delicious and attractively textured flavors that terminate in a clean and dry finish. Like the Petit Chablis, this is not particularly complex but again, the delivery is frank and there is ample Chablis character. Drink 2014+.   (7/ 2012)

     

    88-90 points Stephen Tanzer International Wine Cellar
      Bright, pale, green-tinged yellow. Sexy aromas of mandarin orange, wild herbs and saline, oyster-shell minerality, plus a suggestion of brioche. Supple and broad on entry, then less sweet and showy in the middle than the village offering under the Domaine Sainte-Claire label. But this has more eclat and finishes with very good mineral-driven energy, along with an intriguing gingery nuance. A good example of biodynamically farmed vines that ripened nicely in 2011 without losing snap.   (7/ 2012)

    自提地址:高安路近淮海中路(1号线衡山路站,10号线图书馆站)。工作人员会确认具体取货时间和地点。


    4. 内环以外地区送货上门
    根据距离的远近和货物的数量,收取一定的费用,工作人员会和会员确认物流费用和送货时间等。

    5. 上海以外其他城市,每瓶收取15元-20元快递费用(根据不同城市而定);
