美食记Wine Australia Regional Hero Class (二) 白葡萄品种

----听帮主讲澳洲地域之粹 (Regional Hero) 活动后记

第二堂课，主题是澳洲主要产区的白葡萄品种，以Regional Hero为主。选用的酒来自各产

区的代表性酒庄。

第一支，Pewsey Vale Eden Valley 2012 - Eden Valley

典型的Eden Valley Riesling , Bone Dry，非常Mineral, Lemon lime的果香和

口感明显，喜欢的同学很多。

官方的tasting note:

"The 2012 Pewsey Vale Vineyard Riesling is a classic example of dry Eden Valley Riesling.

A pale straw with green hues, the wine shows intense fruit aromas of talcum, crushed s

tone and lemon lime fruit, with a hint of overlaying dried herb. The palate shows great

length and depth with lime, a hint of white flowers and fresh rosemary. The wine finishes

with a fresh natural acidity that balances the flavour intensity and a minerality that will

reward medium to long-term cellaring."

第二支，Leeuwin Estate Art Series Margaret River Riesling 2010 -- Margaret River

这是混入的奸细酒，不在酒单上。两支雷司令放在一起，大家可以体会南澳Eden

Valley和西澳Margaret River的不同处。这支酒很接近第一支Eden Valley Riesling，

酸度更高。

Tasting Note:

"呈现明亮的稻杆绿色,充满浓郁的新鲜切片青柠、茉莉花和柔顺的甜味香料的香气。

在口中，成熟葡萄柚、青柠和麝香的风味一一呈现。拥有爽脆而清新的自然酸度，

回味中泛出强劲的柠檬酸味。"

第三支，Brokenwood Semillon 2011– Hunter Valley

边缘有些发绿，明显的青草味，金属味，中等酸度。年轻的猎人谷赛美蓉。

Tasting Note:

"和往常一样，此款酒明亮的绿色，作为一款年轻的葡萄酒，它具有浓郁的柠檬草香，

甜美的果香在舌尖缭绕，酒体酸度饱满，柠檬香气回味悠长，伴有甜美的苹果花的香气，

适合作为新酒品尝，久存则更显优雅。"

第四支，Wolf Blass Bilyara Chardonnay - South Easten Australia

中低酸，有些肉的香气。

酒商的Tasting Note:

"适中的稻黄色酒体掩映出迷人的色泽，年轻而充满活力。蕴含典型的澳洲莎当妮特有的香瓜、蜜桃的芬芳，及些许微妙的橡木气息。口味适中，果味丰富，法国橡木特质令此酒颇有力度。回味略干，清新爽利。与鸡肉、海鲜及沙拉搭配鲜美无比。"

第五支，Brown Brothers Moscato 2007-- Victoria (甜白)

Tasing Note:

"明亮的稻黄色酒体掩映出青绿色光泽。散发出清新而浓郁的葡萄果香，麝香以及蜜瓜的

香甜芬芳。酒体活力十足，蕴含类似果子露的香味。此酒可作为理想的开胃酒，或搭配

新鲜热带水果拼盘，美味无比。"

刚接触葡萄酒的朋友，应该都会喜欢这款酒。

第六支，Pierro Semillon Sauvignon Blanc LTC 2012 – Margaret River

LTC意思是Little Touch of Chardonnay, 这款SSB里面，混入了不到5%的Chardonnay，

作用是使酒体更圆润。

Tasting Note:

"While finely grained, Ltc is not totally about texture as there is plenty of fruit. With a dollop of cream, there is fresh grapefruit and lemon citrus fruit hinting at peachy ripeness and countered by a whiff of herb savouriness."

第七支，Coriole Chenin Blanc 2010 – McLaren Vale

不错的花香，青苹果的口感，性价比不错的酒。参加的不少同学以前喝过这款酒，

喜欢的很多。

第八支，Yarraloch Chardonnay 2012  – Yarra Valley

明显的oak, 中等酸度，整场最受欢迎的酒。查了资料，16% new French oak,

26% 1yr old French oak, 58% older French oak.

Tasting Note:

"The 2012 Estate Chardonnay has a fine and elegant nose showing complex

matchstick and sulphites characters combined with lemon pith, chalk and citrus notes.

The palate is tight, focussed and elegant requiring time to develop and express its fruit.

It shows lemon curd and hints of lime and fresh apple, minerals, subtle oak nuances

and a crisp acid finish."
