难忘勃艮地（1）：2008 Domaine Desertaux-Ferrand Côte de Nuits-Villages
这是一款有如缅腆少女的黑皮诺，
羞怯却多姿多丽。
开瓶有烟草味，还有淡淡的烤肉。
入口是典型的黑皮诺
略酸的背景，透出橡木，
鲜明的，带酸，涩的红果
明显的单宁， 还带一丝香料。
醒20--30分钟，闻着就多了丝丝的甜，
口感也平衡，圆润了许多。
涩感退后，单宁依然鲜明。
橡木变得无影无踪，
透出波亚克一般的香气。

开瓶即是香艳，
酸甜的黑皮洛背景，
红莓，蓝莓，樱桃的香气，
酸，甜于口， 清脆分明又均衡互补，
余味是香料，黑巧克力，

Located in the heart of the vineyards of Burgundy, at the border of the famous "C0te de Nuits" and
"Cote de Beaune", the domain Desertaux-Ferrand was created in 1899. It has since remained
in the family fold for reborn in the early 2000s, with a steadily increasing quality.
