关于村名的起源和为什么木有Grand Cru：

Originally known as Nuits, or even Nuits-sous-Beaune, the town was happy to add the name of its finest vineyard, Les St Georges, in the nineteenth century.  There are no grand crus, but many fine premier cru vineyards, the mayor of the time – Henri Gouges – preferring not to single out any vineyard for the highest status.

Several domaines (Gouges, Rion, Arlot) now produce a white Nuits St Georges from Pinot Blanc or Chardonnay.

关于一级园和产酒区：

This appellation includes 41 Premiers Crus(141.62 ha ) " Climats " (named plots).

Producing communes: Nuits-Saint-Georges, Premeaux.

Best vineyards include Les St Georges, and Clos des Argillières and Clos de la Maréchale in Prémeaux.（我们喝到的 J.F.Mugnier其实在NSG再南面）

JF Mugnier NSG 1er Clos des Marechale ,我觉得个人风格要告于土地的风格。可以尝试下Faiveley酿的Clos des Marchales.

其次NSG Best Vineyard 绝对没有Les Argillières。

Boudots, Damodes, 以及Murgers因为更靠近VR的关系，可能在特点上更加VR一些。

而且这3块地的主要农民也是来自于比如Leroy, Meo, Jean Grivot这些VR的酒庄，只有Jean Chauvenut和JJ Confuron是NSG的农民，因此很多时候这3块地就被忽略了。

往南走的话，aux chaignots是可以关注的一块地，优雅感有，然后会有更多的NSG的特点出来。

继续往南走，Chaboeufs，Les Poret St Georges, Vaucrains,Les Perrieres可以关注下。去了解这一个大块的变化，会非常的有意思。

当然最好的，也是整个NSG最好的，Les st Geroges.

另外les Cailles也不能忽略。

最后Producers 是最重要的。
