安戈瓦家族125周年第二次中国之旅

 

2011919日,中国,北京 >>  时值南澳著名家族酒庄安戈瓦125周年之际,十二年来担任安戈瓦家族销售和市场总监的Tim Boydell先生在今年三月来华成功举办安戈瓦酒庄成立125周年庆典后,Tim Boydell先生将于九月同家族第五代传人Richard Angove先生再次到访。本次是Richard第一次中国之旅。届时,他将分赴上海(918日)、北京(920日)、沈阳(921日)、大连(922日)及广州(923日)。

 

安戈瓦的酿酒历史起源于1886年,当时威廉托马斯安戈瓦博士从康沃尔郡来到南澳洲的阿德莱德,并在附近山麓的Tea Tree Gully建造了一个规模不大的葡萄园和酒厂。在这些激动人心的发展过后,安戈瓦家族的第二代传人,托马斯安戈瓦,在1911年开始启用Renmark酒厂,沿用至今。

 

尽管水灾,火灾,公司化和产业整合等问题,葡萄树产量减小以及对安戈瓦葡萄园的强制收购都对安戈瓦家族构成了不小的威胁,但安戈瓦始终屹立不倒,如今仍作为家族经营的典范而傲然独立。

 

安戈瓦家族如今已得到众多国际知名葡萄酒评论家和葡萄酒展示机构的认可,并荣获《葡萄酒与烈酒》杂志评选的2010年度前50位世界最有价值品牌,是南澳洲最为成功的案例之一。

Angove Family Winemakers 2nd China Tour of 125 Anniversary


China, Beijing, September 19th, 2011 >> After his March visit in China to nationally celebrate the 125 Anniversary of Angove Family Winemaker in South Australia, Mr. Tim Boydell, who has been working with the winery as Sales & Marketing Director for over 12 years, comes back in September together with Richard Angove, winemaker and 5th generation of the family. It will be the first visit of China for Richard and he will go to Shanghai (Sept 18th), Beijing (Sept 20th), Shenyang (Sept 21st), Dalian (Sept 22nd), and Guangzhou (Sept 23rd).

 

The Angove wine journey began when Dr William Thomas Angove established a small vineyard and winery at Tea Tree Gully in the foothills surrounding Adelaide, South Australia after his arrival from Cornwall in 1886. Following these exciting developments, in 1911 the second generation of the Angove family, Thomas Angove, began the first ever vintage at the Renmark winery, the same site where Angove continue to create their wines today.

 

Although floods, fires, industry corporatization and consolidation, vine pulls and compulsory acquisitions of the Angove vineyards have challenged the Angove Family Winemakers brand it has survived and remained proudly independent as well as family owned and operated.

 

Globally acclaimed by internationally renowned Wine Critics and Wine Shows, awarded in the top 50 of the 2010 Best Value Brands in the world by Wine & Spirits magazine, it is one of South Australia’s most successful stories.
