ORIGIN Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Petit Verdot VOLUME 14,5 % Vol. TEMPERATURE FOR CONSUMPTION 17ºC-18ºC DESCRIPTION This exclusive and limited production wine shows a deep and intense red colour with an elegant and delicate nose of mocha. Light attack followed by the oiliness of the Beluga. Lush palate, fresh fruit and preserved fruit intermixed with layers of coffee beans, fresh bread and caramel. A never ending and mouth- felling wine, impressive backbone intermixed with firm and muscular tannins. GASTRONOMY It is incredible with cured cheeses and any other full flavour meals. WINEMAKING PROCCESS Plot located in the slope, facing north. The soils are predominantly sandy with pebbles. The best grapes from the plot were picked on last days of October and arrived to the winery with a perfect phenolic and physiologic ripeness and were sorted at the tables. The wine fermented at a temperature of 28ºC-32ºC and the total length of the maceration was 20 days. It aged for 24 months in new finegrain medium-toasted Allier oak barrels.
