The Blanco is 80% Chardonnay and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. It has a beautiful light straw-yellow colour and a fresh and fruity bouquet. On the palate it is dry, full bodied and complete with an elegant finish. Recommended: simply as an aperitif or with seafood and fish dishes.
