Gheppio is a great red wine, more international in style than its partner Il Fusco, but with a similar,substantial aging potential. Comprised of 40% Merlot, 30% Refosco and 30% Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, it is a vibrant garnet red with purple highlights and a very intense, alcohol-rich,
wild berry flavour. Powerful, yet velvety, Gheppio is a warm wine with perfectly judged tannins and
an excellent balance of wood acidity.
