The scents of the Mediterranean forest, pines, holm oaks, broom, lavender, rosemary and thyme translate as powerful aromas of leather, overipe, or "grilled" red fruits, enhanced by the notes of vanilla and liquorice released by our French high forest oak barrels. Highly complex yet exceedingly refined in the mouth. Drink this wine with aromatic meal, flavoured dishes at 14 - 16 C. Keep 2 to 4 years.
