葡萄一成熟，在9月雨季之前就立刻采摘。酿制成品后随着时间的沉淀，酒体结构日趋和谐完美，该酒颜色很深，花束的芬芳交织着土壤的气息，清新优雅。The Merlots were harvested at maturity,just before the rains at the end of September.The Cabernets did receive some rains,but fortunately suffered no damage.Blason de L'Evangile 1999,has a higher proportion of Cabernet,is less dense than the Château L'Evangile,but nonetheless has a superb structure which shall be enhanced in the fhtur.It is very dark,and has a fragrant bouquet,echoing the soil's bounty.The palate is sophisticated.
