戒石銘
在东京，福岛等政府机关门口竟会有石刻：「爾俸爾祿，民膏民脂，下民易虐，上天難欺」！
这是中国宋代衙门口都会有的一块碑。
宋太宗为了告诫各级官员，将这１６字箴言刻在石头上，称为戒石铭：『爾俸爾祿，民膏民脂，下民易虐，上天難欺』
最著名的是大家黄庭坚的手书：
官员们，希望不要只看书法，这是实实在在的行为守则！
