一款特别的希腊葡萄酒
Domaine Glinavos Paleokerisio (500ML) 2019
第一次品尝希腊葡萄酒，就遇到很特别的一款。
酒瓶形状特别，容量只有500毫升。
瓶塞是汽水，啤酒的盖子，不是木塞。
这是一种独特的半气泡和半干型葡萄酒。它由本土的白葡萄品种 Debina 制成，并添加了一小部分红葡萄品种 Vlahiko。
其酿制方法也是当地人过去生产著名的约阿尼纳Ioannina的传统方法，产生大量气泡，不同于一般葡萄酒。
这是一种特殊类型的葡萄酒，
橙色，玫瑰红色，
蜂蜜、红茶的气息，
玫瑰瓣的香气，
还有苹果、黄油，
和甜香料（如肉桂和丁香）的香气。
口感 浓郁、清爽，
香蕉苹果的，轻微的肉桂，
和淡淡的香草味。
干（Dry），丰富的气泡感，
天然碳酸盐的粉笔，
展现了丰富的矿物。
很特别的一款希腊起泡酒。
