Bevri, 硅谷一家格鲁吉亚餐厅
在进行中的俄乌战争让人更多关心乌克兰。乌克兰的饮食种类受格鲁吉亚（Georgia) 的影响比较大。
硅谷有一家格鲁吉亚餐厅，离斯坦福大学不远，名叫 Bevri。
这是一家很精致的餐厅，菜式独特，饮料齐全。
最名闻遐迩的 Khachapuri ：
被称为饺子，但更像小笼包的 Khinkali：
肉馅饼：
好看又好吃的Pkhali: 由蔬菜(菠菜，紫包菜，西葫芦等），核桃仁，蒜，也可加煮熟的小米粒，玉米碎，
可以是全素，也可加蛋，肉等。
中间是烤茄子卷。
主餐有鱼，鸡，牛羊等。
格鲁吉亚有自己的葡萄酒：
也有自己的啤酒：
甚至有在地啤酒，自己酿的，泡沫特多，又香又浓：
还有果味白兰地（梨味的）：
各式各样的甜点，有特色是这个，坚果芽糖做的，像中国的花生/芝麻糖一类。
跟石榴一起吃，酸酸甜甜。
