乌克兰的饺子，还是小笼包？
朋友送来一照片，说是以前在乌克兰吃的饺子（dumpling）。是蒸的，也可放在汤里煮。
皮是饺子皮，包的是肉，还有各种调味佐料。
说实在的，更像小笼包，水煮小笼包。
后来在湾区找了下，有家 Georgian restaurant 有卖。一模一样。他们真的叫 Dumpling。跟奶酪，浓汤一起吃。

再看一下俄罗斯餐厅，他们卖的Dumpling则更像饺子。元宝饺子。跟酸奶，奶酪一起吃。
