地中海 （Mediterranean）餐食大流行
最近，美国平地而起很多的地中海 （Mediterranean）餐厅。
旧金山，硅谷地区少说也有100家之多。
有米其林星级的，也有快递的。
地中海餐很上镜，颇具网红特质：
颜色鲜艳，荤素搭配均衡，摆设优雅，颜值不错！
烹制过程少油，多烤，食物油脂少一些。
多色拉素菜，豆，芝麻，橄榄油等。
看起来像肉圆的菜，其实不尽是肉圆（牛，羊或鸡肉的），也有蔬菜，鱼肉的。
搭配的蔬菜，有些像泡菜一样经过预先处理，酸甜酸甜的，配上豆酱，芝麻酱，或配以酸奶，开胃，解腻。
