北京冬奥话烈酒：瑞士的烈性酒
瑞士的烈性酒看到很多德国的影子。
但瑞士也有地方特色的烈酒：
Williamine 是一种从当地种植的威廉姆斯梨中蒸馏出来的水果白兰地。它产于瓦莱州的马蒂尼，自 1953 年以来，该名称一直受到莫兰德酒厂的保护。瓶内装有整颗梨。
Abricotine 是一种清澈、无色的水果白兰地，其特点是主要的杏味和微妙的杏仁味。它是由瓦莱州种植的去核发酵的路易泽杏蒸馏而成，40% ABV。
