北京冬奥话烈酒：挪威的烈性酒
挪威顶级烈酒绝对是Aquavit，也常被称为Akvavit。这种酒一般来自土豆，或土豆和谷物的混酿。
来自挪威的Aquavit必须在旧雪利酒桶中成熟。通常是37.5—40%，也有到42度的。
Aquavit 一般会加入特别的草本香料， 例如茴香，芹菜籽香料，孜然等。
挪威最畅销的Aquavit品牌是：
包含一瓶 Linie Aquavit 和一个特别玻璃酒杯的礼品包。
这款Linie Aquavit 加了茴香，味道丰富而复杂。
如果单饮烈性酒太强了点，另一种选择是鸡尾酒。
经典挪威鸡尾酒，例如 Driven Snow、Olof Palme 等等。
