Pali Wine Riviera 2018 黑皮偌
这是一款很有趣的黑皮偌。有点Sonoma高档黑皮偌， Peter Michael Ma Danseuse 的影子。闻起来，远比一般的黑皮偌复杂，有不同层次的水果，香气。口感也在黑皮偌的基础上，多了宽度。甚至会觉得有点波尔图。
与Peter Michael Ma Danseuse相比， 纯度上有不小的距离。至少要醒半小时，去除“杂味”。
干香草
和火腿肉的香气。
在口感上，
多汁的黑莓、
新鲜草莓和覆盆子的味道。
以及烘焙香料、
丁香，肉桂，
红茶，蘑菇的味道。
