Haut-Bailly酒庄是波尔多最出色的葡萄酒庄之一。
自2004年以来，在条件允许的情况下，该庄园生产少量的“玫瑰酒”。
2019年度酒庄有酿制“玫瑰酒”，是自2014年以来首次生产。
2019 Rose 由50％的赤霞珠和50％的梅洛组成，产量非常有限，全世界只生产了250箱。
