2013年1月底, 卡慕干邑老总Cyril CAMUS再次返回中国。这位卡慕干邑城堡（maison de cognac）的掌门人（自2003年开始接管）早已在北京安家。

从2009年到2011年，卡慕仅用三年时间就使全公司营业额增长了两倍，达到1,5亿欧元。目前卡慕是全球第五大干邑酒商......卡慕还利用其在免税店的渠道优势，在全球范围内分销中国茅台。

在干邑，与葡萄农的合作关系至关重要，是获得生命之水的关键渠道。卡慕与超过200家农户签有合作协议。在2011年底的时候，卡慕购买了28公顷的葡萄园，这样，卡慕在干邑布特尼区（Borderies）共拥有180公顷，这就是在中国畅销的卡慕干邑布特尼XO的巨大支撑。
