咖啡
咖啡喝了很多年,直到最近幾年才悟到什麼是好喝的咖啡(花式咖啡先不說,因為我不懂),好喝的咖啡就是新鮮的咖啡,也就是新鮮烘焙的咖啡豆拿來煮,最好是兩周以內喝完.
基本上煮咖啡器材有很多種,會有不同的表現,豆子有優劣及不同風味的特色,但只要咖啡豆是新鮮的,味道就特別好. 哈! 要喝好咖啡,去買新鮮的豆子就沒錯.
