Graves & Pessac-Léognan (reds)

If Pessac-Léognan benefitted from the excellent ripening of their Cabernet in 2009, eliminating the touch of greenness often found in lesser vintages, nature paid them an even more advantageous card in 2010: perfect ripening for all red varietals and an extra edge of concentration (though no loss of elegance) from lower yields to allow the chateaux to perform to their maximum.
