勃艮第红的品种：

1 Pinot Noir ;

2 Gamay ;

3 Pinot liebault;

4 Pinot beurot(其他地方称Pinot Gris);

5 Cesar(仅在Yonne地区）;

6 Tressot(仅在Yonne)

白的品种：

1 Chardonnay（当地称Beaunois);

 2 Pinot Blanc;

3 Aligote;

4 Sacy (仅在Yonne);

 5 Melon de Bourgogne(也称Muscadet);

6 Sauvignon Blanc

大致是以上这些
