费尔蒙和平饭店一餐
做媒体有个好处,有时能免费吃吃喝喝。春天来了,我也外出跑跑,顺便来到装饰一新的和平饭店。
前菜:生牛肉配黑蒜
主菜:自制烟熏塔斯马尼亚鲑鱼,这次Ian配的酒非常完美,从头到尾酒香都依附在鱼香旁,味蕾上层次丰富
甜点:苹果挞,Ian配的是sautern的酒,太重了;或许德国的Auslese,BA会好些
