巴黎米其林日本拉面馆：Kodawari Ramen (Yokochō)
一连几天的法国餐之后，很想试试巴黎的日本拉面。
Kodawari Ramen (Yokochō)是巴黎的一间米其林日本拉面馆，很有名，排队超过一个小时。
黑芝麻原油拉面，香味扑鼻！
叉烧肉偏老，有点柴。
miso 浓汤拉面，味浓，但偏咸。
招牌的 Rice-burger， 以米饼代替面包，多年前在日本麦当劳吃过。但这一款食材丰富多了。
整体而言，是好的拉面馆。但如果在旧金山湾区，一定拿不到米其林评级。也许在巴黎这样的地方，拉面比较稀贵！
拉面馆的排队管理也带有偏见，有本地人插队的现象，给观光客的影响不好！
