06 年的金钟庄：2006 Angelus 奶油话梅的童年回忆
2006 年金钟庄 (Chateau Angelus) 由 47% 品丽珠 (Cabernet Franc)、50% 梅洛 (Merlot) 和 3% 赤霞珠 (Cabernet Sauvignon) 混酿而成。
虽然已经 17 岁酒龄了，仍年轻，有点封闭。
醒半到一小时后，渐入佳境。
非常慷慨的香气，酒香浓郁，
蓝莓、黑醋栗、碎紫罗兰，
和少许干煎蘑菇的香气。
在玻璃杯中再待一段时间，
会多出黑胡椒、奶油巧克力和迷迭香的香料。
甜烟叶，带一点刚砍伐的雪松原木。
背景还有点薄荷。
口感中等偏强悍，
单宁明显，硬朗，007的硬汉形象！
酸甜丰满，
结构精确，
回味长久。
这是一款勾起我儿时回忆的美酒。
用童话说，有点像品尝了优质的奶油话梅的回忆。
满口的奶油香，
带着话梅的酸，一点咸，
和果脯腌制的甜，
当你嚼开果仁，
一股奶油香，白巧克力，焦糖味，
顿时海啸般的溢出。。。。。。
这种比喻会掉了一级庄的价吗？
不，甜美的回忆，千金难买！
