台湾冻顶乌龙茶，还是茶树枝？
6月份去台湾出差，在宾馆喝了一杯南投出产的冻顶乌龙茶，口感不错。
回美国之前，在台北的 Sogo 礼品店，点名“南投冻顶乌龙茶”，带回来自己喝，也送朋友。
泡开后的茶，口感还真不错。
但略泡久一点，就多了青涩味。
从紫砂壶中挑出茶叶来看，不太像茶叶，更像是“茶树枝”：
茶叶带树枝，确实给我添了新知。
这个树枝是青涩味的来源吗？
以前见过老红茶中带短小茶叶枝的，发酵久藏后，多一些木质香，半熟的茶也会这么做吗？
