Chateau Clos du Marquis 在很长一段时间被视为雄狮庄园，Chateau Léoville-Las-Cases，的二军酒。
但最近几年，Chateau Clos du Marquis 扩大自主经营，还出了自己的副牌酒，Le Petite Marquis。
而雄狮庄园也加大另一品牌的出销力度，而这一品牌看起来更像是二军酒，且越来越被大众接受。
是时候让Clos du Marquis 自立门户，被看作另一品牌了。
虽然其东家还是同一个：德隆家族 Delon family。
