BERLUCCHI CUVEE IMPERIALE BRUT (ITALIA)

伦巴第大区的香槟法起泡酒,柑橘,酵母香气,甜美,好喝

WERE ESTATE (MARGARET RIVER) SEMILLON SAUVIGNON BLANC 2008

这个是98年新成立的小酒庄,located in Wilyabrup, a sub-region in the northern end of the Margaret River wine region.

盲品,花香,热带水果, 香气很奔放,入口甜美, 直接往芳香型品种去猜, 灭!

CHATEAU CANTEMERLE 2003

盲品 , 黑色水果,香气有点闷, 略显老态 . 相对另2支BORDEAUX,这支弱了点. 还是有反动权威直接猜到了HAUT MEDOC 5级庄.

CHATEAU LAGRANGE 2000

 这支没有盲品,入杯黑醋栗带一点点泥土, 大约30分钟香气开放, 浓郁的黑色水果,烟熏木桶,香草香气, 不错的架构, 非常平衡,有力,  仍有潜力的酒.

CHATEAU MONTROSE 2001

香气非常奔放,黑加仑, 李子,巧克力, 香草, 带一点点草药,入口单宁柔顺,浓郁,甜美, 最近喝几次MONTROSE,都是这样直接奔放, 及时行乐. (  盲品猜成了右岸.......)

2005 Caccia Al Piano 1868 Levia Gravia

Merlot + Cabernet Sauvignon + Cabernet Franc .

浓郁的意大利BORDEAUX,  带点草药和胡椒的香气. BERLUCCHI在BOLGHERI的酒.

酒庄自己的介绍:

The vineyards of the wine estate Azienda Vinicola Caccia al Piano 1868 are located in prime viticultural areas, halfway between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.

Merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc produce two highly-respected, firmly-built reds, Levia Gravia and Ruit Hora, plus two grappas, one released young and the other aged.

The three vineyards, Caccia al Piano, Le Grottine, and San Biagio, cover some 20 hectares and have an overall yield of about 100,000 bottles.

They are planted to high densities, 10,000 vines per hectare, with yields held to 4- to 6,000 kg/ha, a concentration considered ideal for producing wines of significant depth, on the model of Bordeaux.

Caccia al Piano: 80 metres altitude.
Le Grottine: 100 m. altitude.
San Biagio: 150 m. altitude.
Bilateral spur-pruned cordon.
Merlot, cabernet sauvignon.
10,000 vines.
400 grams.
Cool fermentation in specialised steel tanks for 16-18 days.
In 225-litre French oak barrels.
80% merlot, 20% cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc.
20-24 months in 225-litre French barrels of varying toast levels and made by various coopers.
5-6 months in bottle.
16-18 months from harvest.
