Australian Wine Tasting from the famous Coonawarra

The secret of the Coonawarra’s legendary reputation as producers of some of the world’s best reds, specifically Cabernet Sauvignon, lies in the unique union of rich terra rossa soils with a sandy limestone layer, a pure sub-terrain water source and a long cool ripening season. Terra rossa is an Italian term, literally meaning red earth and attributed to their most famous wines; it is the cigar-shaped strip of this soil that has given the Coonawarra the status of Australia’s Red Wine Centre. 

 

Join us for a rare chance to taste some definitive reds from Coonawarra, including Shiraz, Merlot and of course its famous Cabernet Sauvignon.

 

The cost will be RMB 100 per person, although you can bring a partner free of charge.
